hormig\u00f3n.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e5d551 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e5d551\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Antecedentes:<\/strong> El<sub>CO2<\/sub> emitido en la industria del cemento y el hormig\u00f3n se compone del<sub>CO2<\/sub> generado durante el procesamiento de la piedra caliza en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del cemento y<sub>del CO2<\/sub> generado por los hornos de alta temperatura necesarios para dicho procesamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El<sub>CO2<\/sub> generado en esta industria representa el 3,4% de las emisiones totales de<sub>CO2<\/sub> en Jap\u00f3n (resultados de 2019, datos del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente), por lo que se considera necesario realizar esfuerzos para lograr la neutralidad de carbono en esta industria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detalles del proyecto:<\/strong> Para reducir la cantidad total de emisiones de<sub>CO2<\/sub> durante la fabricaci\u00f3n de cemento y hormig\u00f3n, utilizamos nuestra tecnolog\u00eda funcional de generaci\u00f3n de agua de burbujas para disolver<sub>CO2<\/sub> a una alta concentraci\u00f3n en agua de cemento y utilizar esa agua de cemento para fabricar hormig\u00f3n. Verificaremos la tecnolog\u00eda para fijar (mantener el<sub>CO2<\/sub> como otros compuestos de carbono). En este proyecto, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad Metropolitana de Tokio, recopilamos datos sobre las condiciones (caudal de inyecci\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n, etc.) que facilitan la disoluci\u00f3n<sub>del CO2<\/sub> en el agua de cemento cuando se utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda de generaci\u00f3n de agua de burbujas funcionales y determinamos el proceso de fijaci\u00f3n<sub>del CO2<\/sub>. Buscar la eficiencia. Tambi\u00e9n identificaremos cuestiones de aplicaci\u00f3n social mediante experimentos de demostraci\u00f3n en colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados de los esfuerzos del proyecto:<\/strong> En la comprobaci\u00f3n principal de la disoluci\u00f3n (fijaci\u00f3n) de<sub>CO2<\/sub> en agua de cemento, logramos m\u00e1s del doble de rendimiento que los productos convencionales. Bas\u00e1ndonos en estos resultados, hemos aclarado la direcci\u00f3n de la implantaci\u00f3n social de esta tecnolog\u00eda en los lugares de reutilizaci\u00f3n del agua de cemento (hormig\u00f3n fresco).<\/p>\n<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con una empresa de construcci\u00f3n, que es el usuario, llevamos a cabo la creaci\u00f3n de prototipos y la verificaci\u00f3n del producto con el objetivo de aplicarlo en el entorno de la obra de reutilizaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n premezclado y obtuvimos los mismos resultados que en la verificaci\u00f3n del principio en el entorno de la obra de reutilizaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n premezclado. Adem\u00e1s, hab\u00eda algunos problemas de funcionamiento en el emplazamiento (los atascos dificultaban el funcionamiento), pero a ra\u00edz de la verificaci\u00f3n se comprob\u00f3 que el problema pod\u00eda resolverse personalizando la estructura interna, y se hicieron esfuerzos para aplicarla en el emplazamiento.
